Can you imagine the screams of outrage, the rending of clothes, the exploding of heads, if President Obama were to forget to thank the troops in his speech at the Democratic National Convention? Hell, Republicans were viciously attacking him when they pretended (lied) he didn’t thank the military for their work in getting Osama bin Laden.
But apparently it’s okay for Willard Romney to skip thanking the troops or even mentioning the war in Afghanistan.
