Someone had been targeting black people in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Five people had been shot, three killed. This morning, two white men were arrested on suspicion of being the shooters, and it appears from their Facebook pages they had a deep, abiding hatred of black people.
As the police and Tulsa County District Attorney build their case against the two suspects, a chilling picture of hateful motivation is already becoming apparent thanks to the suspects' Facebook pages.
Jake England wrote this entry on his Facebook page Thursday afternoon at 3:04pm, just 10 hours before the shooting spree began:
Today is two years that my dad has been gone shot by a fucking nigger it's hard not to go off between that and sheran I'm gone in the head.
Because these two suspects’ hate was apparently motivated by a murder committed by a black man, I’m sure right wingers will be jumping to defend these two violent, hateful criminals. One thing that seems to really piss off the right these days is when a white man gets in trouble for killing black people.
