Should we waterboard Scott Roeder?

Scott Roeder, charged with the assassination of abortion provider Dr. George Tiller, called the AP from his jail cell and told them that similar violence is planned around the nation.

Please excuse me for being snarky, but isn't this the very definition of the "ticking bomb scenario" the right-wing supporters of torture talk about?

Here's a terrorist who claims to have knowledge of future terror activity. He says he knows about "plans" for further violence against abortion providers in the US.

So this question is aimed at torture supporters -- shouldn't we waterboard Roeder to get the information out of him?
